Dana Nuesca has been with Seeds of Hope, serving as the Executive Director since its inception in January 2012 and has become quite an expert on sex trafficking. Prior to working for this non profit, Dana worked for the largest provider of federal background investigations, managing 175+ employees throughout Southern California, Hawaii, and Guam. She also worked in finance for many years at a university and with local government. Dana has a Bachelor's degree in Communications from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington and a Masters in Management from Troy University. Dana is an active member of Escondido Rotary Club and currently serves as Communications Director. Dana also serves on the leadership team of her church: The Xchange in Escondido. Dana has been married to Kalani, for 28 years, has one son, who is currently serving in the Air Force, and two grandchildren. Seeing the face of her grandchildren and their innocence drives her to fight against sex trafficking for all children. Dana is available to speak at corporate, civic and church events.
